Student Satisfaction Survey

R. R. Educational Trust’s B.Ed. College intends to take required and corrective measures to ensure long-term growth and quality standards through regular feedback and surveys. This is a procedure used at the institute after Covid-19. One such survey is the Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS). This survey includes NAAC’s approved questionnaire. The institute selects some of the questions from NAAC-SSS.
The Internal Quality Assessment Cell (IQAC) conducts the survey with the support of the entire faculty. A Google form with NAAC-mandated questions on various aspects of the teaching-learning process was created and distributed to all students online.
The responses on these parameters are collated into a spreadsheet, which is then evaluated to make logical conclusions. The SSS report is created by IQAC and distributed to the Faculty.
The necessary activities are normally conducted at the institute level to improve the weak points.
